Experience

All of my work experience has been in highly regarded therapeutic settings, working with children, youth, and their families. My work experience in inpatient hospital settings and residential treatment centers has allowed me to develop an expertise in managing significant behavioral and emotional problems in children and youth. My specialized work in the areas of adoption and foster care, and more generally childhood trauma, have strengthened my ability to help families develop healthy attachments and closer relationships.

Clinical training during my graduate studies included placements at The Child Assessment Unit at Cambridge Hospital; The Northeastern Partial Hospitalization Program; The Cambridge Youth Guidance Center; and The Walker School.

Most recently, before making the decision to dedicate all of my working hours to private practice, I held the position of Neuropsychologist at Mass General Hospital for Children at North Shore Medical Center, Neurodevelopmental Center. Prior to this position, I worked as a licensed school psychologist, and chaired IEP team meetings as part of my responsibilities.
